Bring your favorite liquid refreshment—coffee, tea, water, or anything you enjoy—and stay awhile for relaxed conversation about the important topics of the day, like:

This is an easy, informal way to chat with neighbors, meet new friends, and stay connected. Coffee drinking is not required—we just needed a name for the event!

Our HOA is hosting an Italian-Themed Potluck Dinner, and we’d love for you to attend.

Men’s Lunch Outing – Stearman Field Bar & Grill

Join some of the men from the Courtyards at Brookfield for a mid-week lunch outing to Stearman Field Bar & Grill, located at the airport just outside Benton Kansas.

We’ll meet at the Clubhouse at 11:00 AM and depart promptly at 11:15 AM for the approximately 20-minute drive to the restaurant. Stearman Field is an active general aviation airport, so there’s often small-plane traffic coming and going—always fun to watch while you eat.

The restaurant offers classic café fare such as hamburgers and steaks, along with a full bar. The food is solid, the setting is unique, and the company is even better.

Who: All men in the community are welcome

Pilots note : Jet-A and 100LL fuel are available on site, and ground power is on hand if you choose to fly in from Jabara Airport—though if you’re departing with only a five-gallon tank, you may want to plan accordingly 😉

Depending on food cosumed, bar drinks tasted, TSA cooperation - we should return around 1:30

from an interest-bearing savings account into higher-yield CD to increase returns for the Association. A motion will be made to approve the transfer of funds.

Please arrive no later than 11:00 so you can relax and enjoy the food and fashion show.

The Courtyards at Brookfield Social Committee meets monthly to plan and coordinate activities that bring neighbors together and help build a strong sense of community. These meetings focus on organizing a variety of social events throughout the year, ranging from casual gatherings to themed dinners and games.

• The committee plans popular events such as potlucks, bingo nights, trivia, luncheons, holiday celebrations, and special outings. Attendance, feedback, and new ideas are reviewed at each meeting to ensure activities continue to reflect the interests of our residents.
• In addition to event planning, the Social Committee manages event logistics, coordinates use of the clubhouse, works within the approved social budget, and communicates upcoming activities through newsletters and community announcements.
• All residents are welcome to attend Social Committee meetings, share ideas, and help with events—whether regularly or occasionally. Getting involved is a great way to meet neighbors, contribute to the community, and help make Courtyards at Brookfield an active and welcoming place to live.
